Payment Information

Payments may be made with cash or check. We do not accept bank counter checks or two-party checks. Nor do we accept credit or debit cards at this time.

Payments made by mail should be made payable to the City of Alcoa and mailed to:

Payments made in person are to be made at the same address as above with office hours held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
