The City of Alcoa holds Municipal Court each Tuesday, at 3:00 p.m. in the courtroom of the Public Safety Headquarters, 2020 North Wright Road.
Citizens may pay citations by mail, by telephone with a credit card, or in person prior to court. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards/debit cards. Please call (865) 981-4111 with questions concerning the amount of a citation. If contesting a citation, call for a contested court date.
Remember that failing to appear for court is a separate charge and will result in additional fees and the suspension of your driver?s license by the state. Click here for Tennessee Driver Services.
Directions to Alcoa Municipal Court are as follows: First, take Alcoa Highway (129) and exit onto East Hunt Road. Next, turn right at the yield sign onto East Hunt Road. At the following stoplight, turn left onto North Wright Road. Finally, the City of Alcoa Public Safety Building will be approximately one quarter-mile on the right and citizens can park in front of the main entrance. The Municipal Court is inside the main entrance doors on the left.
