Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals
Description: Established 9/14/00, the Board is comprised of seven board members including two alternates that are appointed by the City of Alcoa Board of Commissioners. The Board hears appeals, for variations and modifications of the Building Code, taken to the Board by any person aggrieved or affected by any decision rendered by the Codes Enforcement Officer. Appeals shall be made in writing within thirty days after said decision.
