Operations Division

The Operations Division consists of both the Patrol and Criminal Investigations Sections. The division commander is Captain Dale Boring and includes three lieutenants and seven sergeants who are responsible for the oversight of the various duties of the two sections.

The Operations Division responsibilities include:

• Patrol - Traffic enforcement, accident investigation, crime prevention, criminal apprehension, neighborhood improvement (community policing)
• Investigations - Major case investigations, crime scene processing, drug task force
