Tree Board

Description: The City's Tree Board consists of four members: the City Manager, or appointed designee; the director of Public Works or appointed designee; the Executive Director of the Maryville-Alcoa-Blount County Parks and Recreation Commission, or appointed designee; and the Director of Planning and Codes, or appointed designee. The appointment of the members of this board shall be perpetual. The board is responsible for reviewing all commercial developments and/or redevelopments, (excluding single-family detached lots.)
