The nine Administration and Engineering employees of the Public Works and Engineering Department support the Department’s five service divisions while also answering calls from customers and other City departments. The primary functions of this group include telephone routing, utility service assistance, crew dispatch, environmental and safety compliance, mapping, engineering reviews, inspections & design, and other operational support activities.
