The City of Alcoa has announced that both southbound lanes and one northbound lane of the Alcoa Highway Bypass (Hwy. 129) from the Alcoa Highway and Hall Road split to the Louisville Road intersection have now been reopened. One northbound lane remains closed while gas leak repairs are completed.
