The City of Alcoa announced today that it will host an open house at its new Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 to celebrate the completion of the facility. The public is invited to attend the event between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony taking place at 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
