City of Alcoa Police Chief Ken Burge announced today the recent promotion of Officer Hank Morris to the position of police sergeant. Sgt. Morris has been with the department since February 2004, where he began as a patrol officer. In February 2006, he was partnered with K-9, Ozkar, and will continue in this capacity. Prior to working for the Alcoa Police Department, Sgt. Morris was a patrol officer with the Town-and-County Police Department in the St. Louis, Missouri area for 10 years. He and his wife, Danielle, have 3 children, Allison, Sam and Kathryn.
