The City of Alcoa today announced changes in the telephone numbers residents use to contact animal control inside the City. Beginning immediately, Alcoa residents needing assistance with an animal control issue should call either the City of Alcoa Police Department at 981-4111, the Communications Center at 983-3620, or, if it is an emergency, 911. The number listed in the current telephone directory, 984-3010, is no longer operational.
