INVITATION TO BID

The City of Alcoa will be accepting separate sealed bids for HERBICIDAL BARE GROUND TREATMENT of SubstatioNS until 2:00 p.m., Thursday November 15, 2018 at the office of the Alcoa Purchasing Agent, 223 Associates Boulevard, Alcoa, Tennessee, 37701. 

Bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail / UPS / FedEx, etc., hand delivered, or e-mailed to . Regardless of the mode, the Bidder shall be responsible for the early delivery of their bid.  Mailed or hand-delivered Bids should be in a sealed envelope and labeled “HERBICIDAL BARE GROUND TREATMENT of SubstationS”, RFB 11090, Bid Enclosed, November 15, 2018 2:00 p.m.”  The subject line of e-mailed bids shall state “HERBICIDAL BARE GROUND TREATMENT of SubstationS”, RFB 11090, November 15, 2018 2:00 p.m.” Bids received after the deadline will be unopened and discarded.

All purchases are F.O.B. City of Alcoa, TN.

The City of Alcoa reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
