The City of Alcoa Development Services Department was informed by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) of upcoming intermittent rolling roadblocks on Pellissippi Parkway between Alcoa Highway and Old Knoxville Highway, as well as Cusick Road between Wright Road and North Park Drive. These roadblocks are in conjunction with the Alcoa Highway Relocation Project and will take place throughout the month of February between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The City of Alcoa advises motorists to allow additional travel time if using this route and to use extra caution when traveling through the area as workers will be present.
