The City of Alcoa will make no adjustments to the collection of residential solid waste, residential recyclables, or commercial / industrial solid waste for the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday, June 19. Residential and commercial routes will run on schedule. Brush collection will remain regular pick-up Tuesday, June17 through Friday, June20.

The Alcoa / Maryville / Blount County Landfill will remain open on June 19th with regular operating hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Please call (865)995-2892 for questions concerning the Landfill operations.
