The City of Alcoa Development Services Department advises Greenway Trail users of an upcoming closure. The Pistol Creek Greenway Trail Bridges will be closed on Tuesday, September 20, through Friday, October 3, to seal the lumber on the boardwalks. Greenway Trail users will be able to use the detour route on Hunt Road for that duration.
Bicyclists and pedestrians who use this section of the Greenway should allow additional travel time to reach their destination when using the detour route.
