The City of Maryville is accepting applications for the following full-time positions:
TRAFFIC SIGNAL TECHNICIAN
The Traffic Signal Technician performs skilled technical work repairing and maintaining traffic control devices and related infrastructure affecting safe traffic flow in Maryville and Alcoa. Moderate experience working with traffic signals, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Hiring range: $19.48 - $21.50 per hour.
TRAFFIC ENGINEER
The Traffic Engineer performs traffic control infrastructure design and analysis for the cities of Maryville and Alcoa, directing maintenance and repairs, collecting and analyzing traffic related data, maintaining files and preparing reports. Bachelor’s degree with coursework in civil engineering, or related field with experience in traffic engineering, traffic operations or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hiring range is $51,872 - $57,257.
