The City of Alcoa announced the closure of West Hunt Road between Tyson Boulevard and Ambrose Street, weather permitting, Monday, November 25, 2019 and Tuesday, November 26th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and Wednesday, November 27th from 9:00 a.m. until noon. The closure is necessary to complete tree trimming in the area prior to the installation of new overhead electric lines. If necessary, weather dates will be the same times the following week, Monday – Friday, December 2nd – 6th.
Flaggers will be present. Motorists are asked to exercise caution in the area.
