Blount Excavating, Inc. informed the City of Alcoa that construction operations will cause a closure at the intersection of Lodge and Faraday Streets beginning next week on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Road closure signs and a detour route will be provided. This closure will last for at least 30 days.
Motorists should take extra precaution and allow additional travel time to reach their destination when traveling through this location.
