The City of Alcoa Public Works & Engineering Department has been informed by TDOT that the City of Alcoa in coordination with the TDOT Alcoa Highway Relocation Project, will be closing Cusick Road between Cusick Connector Road and National Drive starting the morning of Wednesday, November 5th through Friday, November 7th. A detour route will be in place using South Singleton Station Road and Cusick Connector Road (see attached map for detour route)..
The City of Alcoa advises motorists to allow additional travel time if using this route and to use extra caution when traveling through the area as workers will be present.
