Outage Update – 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 2017
All power has been restored to the City of Alcoa Electric system.
Much of this day will be spent reconnecting customers who required a disconnect in order to make repairs to their home.
As small, isolated incidents continue to be discovered (particularly in the rural extremities), response has been immediate.
Any City of Alcoa Electric customer who is still without power should immediately call our Operations Offices at 865-380-4890 to report an electric outage.
