REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Alcoa will be accepting proposals for the below stated products / services until the specified times on the following days:

2:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 15, 2024

2:00 p.m.

Bids will be received at the Development Services Department of the City of Alcoa, Public Works Offices, 725 Universal Street, Alcoa until the time of the bid opening for each item. Bids received after said time will not be opened.  Bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail/UPS/FedEx, etc., or hand-delivered to Dakota Gentry, Civil Engineer II at 725 Universal Street, Alcoa, TN 37701. The Bidder shall be responsible for the early delivery of their bid. Mailed bids should be labeled with the appropriate item name, RFB 25062, opening date and time, and state “Bid Enclosed”.  Specifications for these items may be obtained as e-mail attachments from the COA Purchasing Agent: (865) 380-4700. 

The City of Alcoa reserves the right to accept or decline any bid, or any part of a bid, made on any proposed purchase.
