REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Alcoa will be accepting statements of qualifications from professional consulting engineering firms to provide Small Procurement preliminary & design engineering (PE) and/or construction engineering inspection (CEI) services related to locally managed projects. These projects are funded by a mix of local, state, and/or federal funds. The PE and/or CEI services will be accomplished in accordance with the applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations, policies and standards relevant to the respective project(s). Firms submitting statements of qualifications shall be approved by TDOT for such services. After evaluation of submittals by Alcoa staff, one or more firms may be selected to provide PE and/or CEI services for each respective project as it is identified.

Summaries of qualifications for services will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2025 in PDF format via email or link to: with the subject “Alcoa PE/CEI Services Proposal.” Requirements for this contract may be obtained at the City of Alcoa website: https://www.cityofalcoa-tn.gov/ .

The City of Alcoa reserves the right to accept or decline any bid or proposal made on any proposed purchase or contract.
