New Traffic Pattern on Cusick Road

In coordination with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Alcoa Highway Relocation Project, motorists should anticipate traffic delays on Thursday, February 19, 2026, along Cusick Road between Northpark Boulevard and North Gate Road. Contractors will be conducting flagging operations in order to install new pavement markings.

Upon completion of the pavement marking installation, a new traffic pattern will be implemented in this area. Traffic on Cusick Road will be permanently shifted to the roundabout. Access to Northpark Industrial Park from Cusick Road will be provided via the roundabout, with motorists directed to follow posted signage for the new section of Regal Drive.

The City of Alcoa encourages all drivers to exercise caution and allow additional time when traveling through the area as they become familiar with the updated traffic pattern.
